Application

  • FOR TURKISH STUDENTS IN ATTENDANCE

    For Turkish students already residing in our dormitories - The Dormitory Application Form (WORD / PDF) should be filled and delivered to Dormitory Managements until the end of classes of the current academic semester, together with the receipt of the advance payment.

    The payment of the due balance (after the deduction of the advance payment amount) should be fulfilled within the classes registration period of the first semester.

    No allocations will be made for students who do not deliver the Dormitory Application Form to Dormitory Managements, together with the receipt of the specified advance payment amount - before the end of classes of the first academic semester. Delayed applications may only be evaluated after materialisation of all the allocations, on availability basis.

    All requests may not be met by the Dormitories Management. The advance payment amounts for the requests that cannot be materialized by the Dormitories Management are fully reimbursed. The remaining balances must be fully settled as the allocation is made. Students who apply in writing to the Dormitory / Dormitories Management about wihdrawal of their dormitory applications, before Aug. 15, 2011 are fully refunded. No refunds will be made for applications set after this date. Dormitory fee invoices may only be issued after the settlement of the full amount (including VAT). Students wishing to leave the Dormitories are reimbursed: 75% of the semester fee if they leave before the end of the second week of classes; and 50% if they leave before the end of the fourth week. Fees are not refundable after the fourth week.
    PRINCIPLES AND REGULATIONS


    5% EARLY SETTLEMENT REDUCTION
    5% Early Settlement Reduction is made if the annual dormitory fee is totally paid in cash before June 01, 2011.

  • FOR TURKISH STUDENTS TO BE ADMITTED IN 2011

    The presentation of bank receipts of the dormitory semester fee and the deposit payments - in accordance with the preferences specified on the Dormitory Application Form - for Students to be Admitted in 2011 (WORD / PDF) to Bilkent University, together with the required documents is sufficient for dormitories' registration.

    Students wishing to leave the Dormitories are reimbursed: 75% of the semester fee if they leave before the end of the second week of classes; and 50% if they leave before the end of the fourth week. Fees are not refundable after the fourth week. PRINCIPLES AND REGULATIONS


PAYMENTS


Deposit, advance and semester fee amounts should be paid to "Bilkent University Dormitories Online Account" separately, to either of the following Banks:

YAPI KREDI BANK / IS BANK / GARANTI BANK

DEPOSIT FEE

A deposit amount of 100 TL is collected from each registered student, to be kept throughout his/her residence in the dormitories, earning interest. This deposit amount is fully reimbursed to those leaving the dormitories without causing any harm or damage.

 

In accordance with the Public Law 5727, the use of cigarettes and tobacco products are prohibited in all our Dormitory buildings, including dormitory rooms and all other areas.
