If you need to drop a system pre-registered course or exceed/fall below the regular course load or have a prerequisite course to be waived you must fill in special forms via the computer and then report to the department secretary with the Form Number. Please consult your advisor for more information during work hours (9:00-17:00) on September 11-12 or preferably during the Add-Drop period of September 15 through September 26, 2008.

Assistants will be assigned to the registration areas to provide help during online registration at computer terminals. Please limit your registration session duration to at most ten minutes.

Pre-Registration Record Sheet

Please print your Pre-Registration Record Sheet sufficiently in advance of your online registration time. This sheet will include your appointment information and all your system pre-registered courses. These pre-registered courses are loaded by the following steps:

  1. ENG 101, ENG102, ELS103 or ELS104 as appropriate;
  2. Any courses in which an F or U grade was received before the 2007-2008 Spring semester;

(Important: for students who entered into their departments before September 1, 2006, courses appearing in their curriculum but not enrolled in the previous semesters may need to be ADDED manually).
  4. “Required” courses in your curriculum for the current semester.

  • A course is loaded subject to the satisfaction of prerequisite(s), class limit, course load limit, nonconflict in time schedule, and other constraints in effect. Please see the Academic Rules and Regulations:
  • The Pre-Registration Record Sheet also contains information on courses that could not be registered to because of various constraints as well as a reminder for courses that are not currently offered but you must take later. Examine your “Pre-Registration Record Sheet” very carefully and go over it with your advisor.
