TRANSFER APPLICATION

International students who have completed at least one full year at an accredited university may apply to transfer directly to Bilkent using a transfer application form (WORD), (PDF) and (postscript).

Transfer applications must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by mid-August at the latest.
