Established on the initiative of Rector Ali Doğramacı, the Bilkent University Seminar Series on Polity, Society and the World aims to invite prominent scholars to give talks and meet with faculty members and students at Bilkent University. While the Seminar Series is designed to encompass a broad range of topics and perspectives, priority is given to scholars in the following fields of study: Political Theory, Comparative Politics, Turkish Politics, Social Theory, Cultural Studies, Security Studies, Global Political Economy, Foreign Policy Analysis, and Diplomatic History.
