Fees can be paid at any branch or the internet page of Garanti Bank, İş Bank and Yapı
Kredi Bank. (Ask for the "on-line" account at the Bilkent branch of the bank.)
Ask for at least two copies of the payment slip.

REFUND POLICY
Students can get a refund in the following cases and in the indicated proportions.
Course not offered: Full refund
Course replaced:

Course dropped (by the deadline of 16 June 2008): 80% refund
To get a refund the student must apply to the Office of the Director of the Summer School.
DORMITORY FEES (During the
Summer School)
Accommodation is available for all Summer School students in the University dormitories.
Single room: 2400,00 YTL (8% VAT included)
Double room: 1200,00 YTL (8% VAT included)
3-in-one room: 900,00 YTL (8% VAT included)
4-in-one room: 600,00 YTL (8% VAT included)
Bilkent students on scholarships may stay in the dormitories free of charge but must get
permission from the Dormitory Management Office. Students registering for MATH 116 and MATH 215 who
paid for dormitory accommodation during the spring semester may stay in the same type of
room free of charge during Summer School. |
