UPON ARRIVAL

Find out about the orientation programs from the Provost Office and International Center.
Report to the Personnel Office to finalize official procedures, and submit your medical check-up report obtained from the University Health Center.
If you choose to sign up for group health insurance, ask about the details and procedure at the Personnel Office.
Report to the Housing Office, located on the Main Campus in Building 19, or in Building C on East Campus, and sign the inventory form listing the items provided in your residence, and get your "Residence Certificate".
Fill out an application form to open an e-mail account at the Bilkent Computer Center (BCC, Building B) located on the Main Campus, next to the Faculty of Science, *It is very important that you have an e-mail account as soon as possible in order to be able to receive university wide sent messages.
Contact the International Center to get more information about campus life and to get a new faculty orientation program schedule.
