BITS - Bilkent İletişim ve Tasarım Stüdyo, or in english Bilkent Communication and Design Studio is a multipurpose, digital video studio of the Department for Communication and Design in the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture at Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.

Multipurpose - The studio was designed with the idea of conventional television and video production for education in mind. In principle it should be able to serve live productions as well as single-camera approaches. Also with an eye on future developments in the field it should be easy to adapt to new technologies and a wider range of media use. The studio now serves as traditional video studio for the courses "Introduction to Video Production Techniques I and II", and as a digital multimedia studio for "Visual Communication Project I and II" - all courses of the Department for Communication and Design.

Digital - The principle acquisition format for all productions is digital video. This allows small units for production and also a more simplified post-production. Post-production is totally based on non-linear editing units, which are networkable with all computers and labs on the Bilkent campus. Video can be transformed to any professional format.
