Hosted at Bilkent’s Department of International Relations, CRS brings together a dynamic group of scholars and students. We regularly organize academic events – including specialized workshops and seminars, as well as broader events for the public. We build on the strength of our geography and Russian-Turkish relations are a crucial part of our agenda, but we are equally committed to contributing to informed debate about a broad region that plays a central role in global affairs. |
