REPUBLIC RUN 2008

All our students, academic and administrative staff and their family members are welcome to participate in this special event. You are recommended to get ready ahead of time. T-shirts will be given to all participants and those who finish in the top three in each category will receive special awards. Categories are according to age as follows: 11-15; 16-24; 25-34; 35-44; 45-54; 55-59; 60 and over.




INTERVAL TRAINING 2008, FALL

Place: Student Dormitories Sports Hall

The Physical Education and Sports Center invites you to enjoy the dynamism and energy of exercises while sharing the fun of a group workout!

Special t-shirts will be given to all participants.
Aerobics, Step, Tae-Bo, and more!



FIT CHALLENGE 2008, FALL

Monday, October 27 - Sunday, November 30, 2008
Place: Student Dormitories Sports Hall

A 5 week workout program which involves cardiovascular endurance and muscle strengthening exercises.

If you wish to improve your heart and lung capacity, metabolic rate, muscle and bone density and moreover to direct the daily stresses positively while having fun, then you are wellcome to join this challenging special event. Fit challenge t-shirts will be given to all participants.
