Topic 2

Kapital: The Age of Industry and Reform

 

In this Topic, we will examine the technological and economic phenomenon known as the Industrial Revolution during the late Eighteenth and early Nineteenth centuries, with special reference to its social and political effects in western Europe. We will read the works of the following economic and political thinkers from this important period.
