Graduated from Munich Film Academy (‘Higher Institute for Television and Film’), Directors class in 1992. Professional experience and continuing activities as director and editor on film, video, and digital non-linear editing systems for Cinema, and TV. AVID Media Composer specialist.

From 1992 till 1998 creative art staff for film, digital postproduction, and multimedia at Munich Film Academy; teaching digital postproduction, film and video production techniques; extensive research on applied aesthetics for cinema and TV. Since 1998 teaching at the Department of Communication and Design at Bilkent University, Ankara, courses in video production, digital non-linear editing, multimedia, photographic image processing, and visual communication project design. Multimedia exhibitions, interactive installations in Turkey, Portugal and Croatia, short films screened on national and international film festivals, as well as the feature length documentary "Takim boyle tutulur", which played in Autumn 2005 in more than 50 Turkish cinemas. In 2008 picture editor of the feature lenght cinema documentary "Mustafa", directed by Can Dündar, organizer of Video Vortex Ankara and head of steering committe of "Towards a deeper understanding of rural Europe", Promotion of Civil Society Dialogue between EU and Turkey.
