Office of Exchange Programs (OISEP) organizes an orientation program for incoming exchange students just before their first semester begins on campus. It will provide you with essential information about registration, visa issues, your safety and services available to you on campus. The program also includes Turkish course, a tour of the campus and environs and sightseeing places of interest in Ankara. Exchange students are highly recommended to participate in Orientation week.
OISEP is located in the Registrar's Office in the administration building near the dormitories on the Main Campus.

Bus will leave for Emniyet Müdürlüğü, Yabancılar Şubesi (Department of Security for Foreigners) for application to obtain a residence permit followed by a late lunch* at ANKAMALL Shopping Center (Akköprü). Please have your passport and all the required documents*** with you.

- One copy of "Declaration for Residence Permit Form" (typewritten)
- Three ID photos (separately)
- One copy of "Student Personal Information Form", obtained from Office of International Students and Exchange Programs
- Application fee: 150 TL, which is approximately 100 US Dollars or 75 Euros.
